Rachael Martin

​Nursery Manager

​Rachael joined the nursery team in 2001 as the Deputy Manager when the setting first opened. Within her first five years at nursery, Rachael ran both the baby room and subsequently the pre-school room. In 2005, Rachael took on the role of Nursery Manager and has undertaken this role ever since.

Rachael achieved her Degree in Early Years Education and her Early Years Professional Status in 2011. This enhanced her knowledge and skills within the setting enabling her to support the wider team and deliver exceptional care and learning opportunities for the children.

Rachael oversees the day to day running of the setting and ensures the team are consistently providing a safe and stimulating environment, to capture learning opportunities alongside meeting the individual needs of the children.
