​Sarah Baines-Mormile 

​Deputy Manager

Sarah has been part of the nursery team since September 2008 after gaining her Level 3 National Diploma in Early Years. Sarah took on the role of Early Years Supervisor in 2013 overseeing both the baby and toddler room. Sarah has also gained her Level 3 National Diploma in Leadership and Management and is the nursery’s Designated Safeguarding Officer.

Sarah is naturally a very calm and reassuring practitioner who has assisted hundreds of our families settle their young babies and toddlers into our nursery, over the last 12 years.

Sarah strives to ensure her team provides a safe, caring and stimulating educational environment based on individual interests.

Sarah's favourite part of her role is watching how the children within the setting grow, change and progress witnessing some of the most important milestones.
