Our Educators
At Nursery Rhymes, our educators are the heart of our practice, creating rich learning experiences that spark curiosity, independence and a lifelong love of learning. Their expertise and strong relationships with children unlock each child’s potential and we take pride in their dedication to excellence.
Our unique approach blends trusted research and best practices to nurture your child’s growth. Through a well-rounded bespoke curriculum, we encourage learning through play, exploration and activities tailored to your child’s interests. Our educators foster a warm, supportive environment that builds confidence and creativity.
We go beyond the standard. While Ofsted recommends that 50% of nursery staff hold relevant qualifications, all our educators are either fully qualified or working towards an early years qualification. Through monthly training, external courses and sector-leading initiatives, our team stays at the forefront of early childhood education.
At Nursery Rhymes, our educators are more than just Early Years Professionals. They are mentors, role models, and trusted partners in your child’s journey. Each room is led by a dedicated Senior Educator, supported by experienced team of Educators. Together, we form a close-knit team united by a shared commitment to excellence, creating a thriving community where children feel safe, supported and inspired to reach their full potential.
We are so proud of our team who work so incredibly hard to provide our families with the best care and education for their children's first years through to primary school. As a team we pride ourselves on having a wealth of experience within the nursery. Collectively our practitioners have over 190 years of early years experience between us.
Through continual investment within our early years team to support, develop and mentor our educators, we have produced a well established and trusted team who have worked together for many years providing consistency and familiarity for many children and families.
